Since 2005 we host groups and individual guests from all over the world - people tuned in to mindfulness, self-development and creativity. During 16 seasons FREE FLOW has held over 300 retreats and seminars on different ways of self-improvement. Our space lies in a palm grove between the beach and a picturesque river, and is open for you from November to April, when it is only sunny in Goa. Tropical flora and fauna, fresh sea air and Arambol's measured village life eliminates stress, helps you to relax and rejuvenate yourselves. A trip from our peaceful abode to the buzzing Arambol market teeming with tourists, shops and entertainment, takes only 20 mins by foot via the pristine beach.
Spiritual search and the desire to evolve and explore the world surrounded by like-minded people led us to India, the home of Yoga and Ayurveda. FREE FLOW Eco Space has become our place of power, where we easily enter a state of flow experiencing inner harmony, a surge of energy and boundless trust to ourselves and the world. Meeting our teachers here we find balance, renew ourselves spiritually and physically. FREE FLOW is an environmentally conscious space. We believe that forming eco-habits helps to make the world a better place: daily care not only for ourselves, but also for the environment. Therefore, smoking and drinking alcohol is not allowed in FREE FLOW as well as you won’t find meat or fish dishes in our cafe’s menu. Every season we recreate the design of our space using organic materials, handmade and refurbished objects. In an effort to minimize our ecological footprint we have also installed solar panels and separate waste bins in FREE FLOW. We also reuse LED bulbs.
Welcome to our cozy rooms and lush bamboo huts. You will definitely enjoy sleeping to the soothing sound of the waves of the sea and waking up to the birds singing. We offer rooms with and without air conditioning, an optional kitchen, as well as luxury apartments with a beautiful sea view. Our bamboo huts and a cottage made of natural stone are charming in their own simplicity. Look forward to a reuniting with mother nature.

We offer an equipped rooftop for classes, a massage room, delicious healthy food, live music concerts in the evenings and even a gift shop. A two-story lounge gazebo overlooking the river is at your disposal. Throughout the season in FREE FLOW we hold multiple events, such as master classes, lectures and meetings with interesting people. By the way, if you need to work, our high-speed Wi-Fi will turn a cafe table into your office under the palm trees!
FREE FLOW CAFE is a great place for you to hide from the midday sun and have a tasty snack or refresh yourself with coconut water and fresh juices. The kitchen is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm. A healthy breakfast buffet is served until 11am everyday.
